a dedicated react native mobile application providing instant notifications and real-time listings for youth-focused events (concerts, theatre, cinema). it transitioned the municipality's image from institutional to a modern, accessible, and cool brand for young users.
youth events were scattered across social media and institutional announcements, making discovery unreliable for the audience that needed fast mobile updates.
i designed a mobile-first event hub with a more energetic visual language, simple categories, and notification-ready flows for concerts, theatre, cinema, and local activities.
the app created a central event touchpoint for a 100k+ youth audience and helped the municipality speak with a more modern digital voice.
40+ screens & ui/ux design: designed over 40 distinct screens in figma, developing a unique, modern, and engaging visual language that successfully moved away from the municipality’s traditional corporate aesthetic.
100k+ targeted user reach: targeted an audience of 100,000+ young citizens, creating a centralized digital space for social events that was previously unavailable outside of decentralized social media channels.
