about yunus emre korkmaz

i'm yunus emre. i was studying electrical engineering and quit in my third year. i started coding, and while coding i got hooked on design.

then it was time for my own thing. in 2023 i started skynotech in istanbul. since then i both design and build.

what i do

i design the interface and write its code myself. i don't see them as two separate jobs.

i make product interfaces, corporate sites, mobile apps. i take an idea and turn it into something that works.

three turns

i left electrical engineering in my third year. i did not choose another path, i gave that version of me up. he is still standing somewhere. everything i do takes his place.

then i started coding. at first it was enough that it worked. then it wasn't. how it felt mattered too. that is where i became obsessed with design. i don't know when i changed sides.

in 2023, i started skynotech in istanbul. my decisions no longer bound only me. i didn't know what i was doing. most of it i learned by doing.
